Soapbox Derby Day 2025

Team The Visionaries from Vision Support Barrow and District had an incredible time at this year’s Barrow Soapbox Derby!

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing driver Rosie Smith who steered us through the race with courage and style and lets hope she stays with us for next years event

And massive appreciation to our very own Ollie Flitcroft for organising our entry and keeping the team on track every part of the way.

Many thanks to our team of energetic volunteers who made countless trips up and down the huge start ramp.

We are also very appreciative of the support given from four fantastic Barrow retailers and would like to say a huge thank you to,

Raggz Menswear Shop

Boss Hair Studio

South Lakes Game Exchange

Megasthetics

We would also like to give a big thank you to Barrow BID for putting on such a fantastic community event – brilliantly organised, full of fun, and a great day for all involved.

Thank you to everyone who cheered us on – we’re proud to have been part of it!
