Barrow Buddies Walking Group

For People with Visual Impairments

We warmly invite our members to join us for weekly walks in a friendly, welcoming and supportive group.

We enjoy a variety of accessible routes and outings, including:

• Ormsgill Lane to the Brown Cow, Dalton
• Accessible hikes along the coast
• Walks within the Lake District
• The Black Huts from Syke Meadow Bus Terminal
• Barrow Park walks
• Rampside via the old railway line
• West Shore coastal walks on Walney

Whether you enjoy a gentle local walk or a longer countryside or coastal adventure, there are opportunities to get out, enjoy the fresh air and walk together in good company.
